Kidzpower X-cel are professional fitness coaches skilled in customizing exercise and conditioning programs. By providing hands on training and nutritional education.
This program is designed for ages 4-10 years. The length of the programs are in 4-week intervals. This program focuses on teaching basic fundamentals and techniques of stretching, jumping, running, balance, with different plyometric, running agility drills appropriate for their age and training level.
